Jill Beveridge, M.Ed

Jill Beveridge is a seasoned professional in the field of community mental health, bringing over 20 years of compassionate service and expertise to individuals and families. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Temple University.

As a Certified Anger Management Specialist I and proud member of the National Anger Management Association (NAMAS), Jill combines evidence-based practices with empathetic guidance to support personal growth, emotional regulation, and behavioral change. Her commitment to empowering others is rooted in a deep understanding of human development, psychological resilience, and servant leadership.

Ryan Henderson, BS, PHR

Ryan brings two decades of dedicated experience in the non‑profit sector, including more than 16 years providing comprehensive human resources leadership across every facet of the function. With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from The Pennsylvania State University and over ten years as a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), he offers a depth of expertise that blends technical knowledge with practical, people‑centered solutions.

His professional background includes extensive work in labor relations, employee relations, and the resolution of complex organizational challenges. Ryan has significant experience supporting unionized environments, navigating collective bargaining agreements, managing grievances, and guiding contract administration with clarity and fairness. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with frontline employees, union leadership, supervisors, and executive teams—always bringing a hands‑on, solutions‑driven approach rooted in accountability, respect, and transparent communication.

Beyond his consulting work, Ryan serves as Vice President of a local outdoorsmen’s association in Northeastern Pennsylvania and sits on the board of his regional Trout Unlimited chapter. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fly fishing, and spending meaningful time with family and friends—whether by the water, in the woods, or relaxing at the beach.
